This skill gives Themis his basic combat style, without transformation or the esoterica that come with more advanced skills.
We don't actually see Themis fight without his transformation, but I'm arbitrarily deciding that he fights like a red mage with some paladin tricks. (P11 makes it pretty clear that he has RDM vibes -- mixed melee and magic, a lot of dualcast or mirrored abilities, a deep obsession with balance...) In general, as an Ancient, he's got a fair bit more punch than a PC red mage (in much the same way that Venat used punched-up familiar PLD/DNC/WHM skills), but most of the basics will be familiar, with some elements from P11S mixed in because I like them.
This also gives him the ability to convert and condense aether in the four RDM elements (wind, stone, lightning and fire) plus light and dark using his general aether manipulation skills, as well as summon a staff/spear, which he uses as a focus instead of a rapier.
